”Can I use Nickey Lauren’s artwork?”
Please respect the dedication of Nickey Lauren to her artwork, and consider Copyright Laws before using images or writing.
PLEASE HONOUR THE SOURCE OF THE IMAGES BY RESPECTING THESE GUIDELINES:
AVATAR/ PROFILE-PICTURE/ Instagram/ FB / Pinterest
You are welcome to use images in this way, however, you must have Nickey Lauren’s website clearly visible in the description. Use in any commercial pages or groups is NOT permitted without permission (licensing fee may be required).
LIMITED USE ON A WEBSITE
You are permitted to use ONE image on your personal (non-commercial) website as long as a link to www.Nickeylauren.com is visible WITH the image.
*Images may not be used on websites deemed inappropriate.
*Images may not be modified, coloured, animated, adapted, collaged, or altered in any way.
WORKSHOP OR LECTURE
You may use images by Nickey Lauren in your workshop, lecture, or “PowerPoint” presentation, as long as you provide a credit to the artist and give the website “nickeylauren.com” while the artwork is displayed.
NO permission for presentations to be offered for sale or posted to the internet. Images may be copied from a book or the internet but may only be used for the purpose of the lecture or workshop. Fliers, physical print-outs, or reproductions of any kind are NOT permitted.
TATTOOS
For no fee, you may have a tattoo made from Nickey lauren’s art. Please Send a good quality photo of the finished tattoo with your name to nickeylauren@gmail.com (a work-in-progress photo is also requested but optional).
MAGAZINES, BOOKS, etc.
If art is intended to accompany an interview or article featuring or discussing nickey lauren’s artwork, jpegs will be provided and the use is free.
PUBLICATIONS FOR SALE
Nickey lauren offers usage of her artwork (an existing painting) for CDs, book covers, and product labels, for a $500-2000+ licensing fee; depending on the edition printing quantity and the scope/reach of the product. Please email nickeylauren@gmail.com to enquire about usage options.
*Regardless of licensing agreement, a credit/link must always be included with each image used.
EVENT PROMOTION
For use in event production (fliers/posters, websites, event pages, tickets, etc) there is a $300-1000 licensing fee per image, depending on if the project is intended for profit, and what the scope and event capacity will be.

Permission usage is only for promotional material. Any printing or usage beyond that will need to be further negotiated and approved by Nickey Lauren, and will not include any merchandise or products that are to be sold.

PERMISSION FOR USE IS NOT GRANTED FOR:
Nickey Lauren does NOT grant permission of reproduction rights for the use of her art on material such as brochures, business cards, or pamphlets that promote a private practice of any kind, unless with written permission (licensing fee may be required).
Permission is not granted for reproduction rights for use in self-published books, workbooks, or CDs, without written permission (a licensing fee may be required).
